When I was a little girl, I got sent to San Pablo, California, to spend some time at my Aunt Arlene and Uncle Wally’s home. Both were excellent cooks, and I remember enjoying the most juicy, flavorful grilled chicken, cooked with love by Uncle Wally, my mom’s brother.
